How do I restore my purchase????? I am not paying twice for something I already bought!

I am so impressed with the customer service from this company. They were phenomenal! I was in love with the older version of this app but lost all that I had purchased. I wrote to them explaining that and not only did they apologize, they also gave me a pack through this version. Theyre awesome! Thank you again!
